Fortunately (for me and the kids) the hubby cooks dinner every night. Even if he is working, he's precooked something for us, so I never have to worry about that. My main issue is the constant running. Once the school bells ring for the day, I race from work to start driving for about 6 hours and I don't even go anywhere! It's amazing. I told my kids and the hubby that all I want for Christmas this week is ONE day where I can do just what you did...sit and read a book and not worry about anyone having to be anywhere.
